Our Honey
We continue to produce our own wildflower honeys and partner with local apiaries to offer a variety of all-natural, unpasteurized honeys. The distinctive flavours of our honeys come from the flowering meadows where the bees collect nectar. We maintain valuable partnerships with family-owned beekeepers in Manitoba.
Mountain Honey is produced from a variety of remote wildflowers, trees and berries. An amber honey, Mountain has a rich, sweet flavour. Try Mountain Honey in your tea or coffee as well as in baking and savoury dishes.
Ingredients: Unpasturized mountain honey. Certified Kosher - pareve.

Chilliwack River Valley Farms has been raising bees for over 30 years. It all began with Agnes Coutt's desire to pollinate a few raspberry bushes. Today the hives are moved to different flowering meadows, which not only pollinates the flowers but also produces a very distinctive flavor of honey from each location.
