Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetable capsule contains:
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed)* ... 425mg
5:1 extract, equiv. to 2,125mg
Blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops)* ... 75mg
5:1 extract, equiv. to 375mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Maltodextrin*, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).

Recommended Dose: Adults - Take 1 capsule, twice daily on an empty stomach.
