Original Sweden Bitters Dry 35g Flora

Flora Original Swedenbitters is a dry herbal blend for home preparation of an old Swedish recipe traditionally referred to as swedish bitters.

Product Features:

• Contains herbs tradtiionally used in Herbal Medicine as digestive tonics to relieve symptoms such as indigestion (dyspepsia) and constipation.
• Also helps to stimulate digestion and improve nutrient absorption.
• One package (35 grams) is used to prepare 750 ml tincture.

Preparation of 750 ml tincture:  empty the contents of package (35 grams) in a wide necked bottle containing 800 ml of vodka.  Shake daily.  After 8 days, strain through a clean cheese cloth or fine mesh.  Shake the botle well before using.

Directions:  adults (for relief of indigestion) dilute 2 teaspoons of prepared mixture in water or herbal tea, take once daily after a heavy meal or as directed by your health care practitioner.  Adults (for relief of constipation) dilute 2 teaspoons of prepared mixture in water or herbal tea before bedtime, take once daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.   Allow 6-12 hours before the laxative effect will occur.
